METHOD FOR RISK ANALYSIS OF THE BUSINESS PROCESSES DELAY
Summary
In this paper the possibility of using innovative methods for risk analysis of the business processes delay was presented. The proposed approach uses Monte Carlo simulation to estimate the possible deviations from the (standard) timing of the investment. It was exemplified on the construction process of weather measuring mast. It has been shown that the proposed approach may be particularly useful for the managerial staff, and may be part of investment decision support system.
