The aim of his paper is to analyze the situation of the foreign students in Poland and an attempt to give the answer for the question: are there any positive changes in the inflow of this group of Polish immigrants? The first part of the article presents the legal conditions of stay foreign students in Poland. The next part refers situation of the students-immigrants in our country.
