Strategic analysis of enterprise on macroenvironment level Strategic analysis of an enterprise is a set of methods, techniques and tools making it possible to analyse the company and its environment (macroenvironment and competition environment) as well as strategic position at current time and future. The aim of this article is to present one part of a company’s strategic analysis: macroenvironment and methods used in this research. There are two groups of methods regarding macroenvironment analysis: – concepts with no scenario – concepts with a scenario.
