DUE ECONOMICALLY WORKING SPACE FUND PENSION
Summary
Visualising of legal, methodological and accounting frames functioning of pension funds is a purpose of the article in Poland. Funds are institutions, of which collecting fi nancial measures of many fragmented investors is a purpose and together investing them on capital markets with a view to achieving fi nancial gains. Investing is directed for gaining benefi ts associated with it cause the permanent change of the capital-material situation of funds what requires current inventorying and making public investors which believed the given fund. A requirement of the compliance is an additional component singling funds out by them defi ned by the law and articles of association of the scope and the way of depositing funds entrusted them by investors.
