Mergers and acquisions – realisation in Polish economy
Summary
The paper objective is an answer the question: if mergers and acquisition processes are popular phenomena used by Polish enterprises? There is no fuss in the mass-media about these processes. Is it suggest that they are not so admired like in previous years? Lack of spectacular, hihglighted, worth millions dollars acquisitions advocate, the processes are not so willingly realised by entreproneurs. Perhaps, conditions created in the Polish law let to accustomed to them? Interested is the question then: if the processes are popular or not still?
